The XST Team is open to both guys and girls ages 14 and up. This team will concentrate on advanced co-ed stunting and developing high level tumbling. This is the team which will be training to compete in Florida.

Female members of this team will either be flyers or seconds. Flyers will be chosen based on their natural ability and potential to stunt to a high level ( Level 4, 5 or 6 if applicable). Flyers will be matched with available bases as soon as suitable bases for the flyer are available.

Male members of this team will be required to train for a high level of tumbling and co-ed stunting. Male members will be expected to lift a girl--on their own-- to arms-length above their head. They will be required to do weight-training within their practice sessions.

 

 

Practice Schedule:
Tuesdays (Tumbling) 8-10pm                   Sundays (Stunts & Routines) 7-10pm

Practice Venue- The Mission in Woolston

Team Costs
Registration: £20
Practice Uniform: £16
Monthly Tuition, 6 hours per week (paid at the beginning of each month): £25
